1. Nature of Service

Perphawk provides an automated trading execution platform for Polymarket Perps (leveraged perpetual futures) and related markets. Our services include, but are not limited to, signal processing, automated order execution, funding and basis arbitrage, and portfolio and risk management tools. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

2. Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged perpetual futures and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Market prices can be highly volatile and unpredictable.
  • Leverage amplifies both gains and losses, and positions may be liquidated automatically when margin is insufficient.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • You may lose some or all of your deposited capital.
  • Our automated systems may experience technical failures, lag, or errors.
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and making your own decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Perphawk, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and wallet credentials.
  • You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including money laundering or market manipulation.

4. Smart Wallets and EIP-7702

Perphawk utilizes EIP-7702 smart wallets to facilitate secure trade delegation. While this technology enhances security by allowing you to delegate specific trading permissions without sharing your private keys, you remain responsible for the funds in your wallet and the permissions you grant.

5. Fees and Payments

Perphawk may charge fees for access to specific features or as a percentage of trading performance. Current fee structures are outlined on our website or within the application. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perphawk and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
